Anxiety is usually a mental illness that occurs for short or long periods of time, transient or recurring. Fear arises in response to various social situations, life changes, fears, and more. Anxiety can manifest itself physically in the form of a seizure, a rapid pulse, accelerated breathing, increased sweating, and also mentally as recurring disturbing thoughts. Depression is a mental disorder that nestles in the human psyche and can last for long days, weeks, and even months. Depression most often manifests itself as a lack of appetite, a feeling of frustration and emptiness, a lack of desire to perform certain actions, whether they are necessary or just for pleasure. Anxiety and depression are caused for a variety of reasons; Fears, social, ecological, physical and mental changes, various events in human life and much more.
Different treatment methods
Feelings of anxiety and depression come together in many cases when feelings of anxiety can be accompanied by depression and vice versa. Although these effects occur in the human psyche, they can cause physical harm in the short or long term. In both situations there are different and different treatments, from psychological treatment to drug treatment. The good news is that with the right treatments and perseverance, you can get effective results.
How can this be overcome?
It’s important to note that anxiety and depression aren’t always associated with physical or external symptoms. Sometimes the fear can be felt in thoughts, feelings, and seizures that come and go. Depression at various stages can cause a person to sink into sadness and wither. The solutions offered today are diverse and tailored to the patient. Have conversations with professionals, take medication, play sports or do art therapy, spend time with family and close friends. It does not mean that you are crazy, on the contrary, it does mean that you are aware of the problems and help to find a solution to improve the quality of life and the lives of those around you.
